Woodall's Cumbrian Ham is traditionally hand cured using an old family recipe . The hams are then matured for 6 months to create a prosciutto style ham with a delicate sweet flavour.
Our Cumbrian air-dried ham featured on the menu of RMS Titanic; great business, but low on repeat orders. It has also graced the menu of many fine dining rooms and been a favourite with explorers - it's fuelled several Everest ascents as well as powered sailors around the Vendez Globe Yacht Race.
Our whole Cumbrian hams are supplied in 2 halves, both individually branded and vacuum packed.
